We know what a palindrome is, but how can we verify whether any number is a palindrome or not?Ī number is considered a palindrome if it reads the same forwards as backward, i.e., the last digit of the number is the same as that of the first digit, the second digit is the same as that of the second-last digit, and so on. Both these number examples have one thing in common, i.e., they both read the same backward or forward and hence are known as palindromes. We continuously use them and play a significant role in providing solutions to complex mathematical problems. Palindromes can be found and observed in nature and all around us in our day-to-day lives.
